Questions
What does it cost?
Starter is $39 a month or $390 a year. Pro is $89 a month or $890 a year. Annual billing is ten months' price, which is two months free.
Which engines do you ask?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. If an engine is not configured, that cell says Not configured. We do not fill it with a sample rank.
How are the questions chosen?
The free check drafts five buyer questions from what you sell, such as “best CRM for small teams.” On a paid plan you edit the list, up to 40 questions on Starter or 100 on Pro.
How accurate is a mention?
We store the answer the engine returned, with the time it was asked. Engines can be wrong, incomplete, or different next week. A mention is our read of that stored answer, not a promise of traffic or sales.
Can I cancel, and what is refunded?
Monthly plans cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and that period is not partially refunded. Annual plans get a full refund within 14 days of the first purchase.
Can an agency send this to clients?
Pro covers up to five brands and 100 questions, and it includes a white-label HTML page and PDF. You can put your agency name on the report.
What do you do with my data?
We keep your email, brand, questions, and the answers. An IP address is used only to rate-limit the free check. Cloudflare hosts the app, Stripe bills subscriptions, and the engines receive the questions you track. We don't sell personal information. Details are on the privacy page.
How often does it run?
Paid plans re-check every Monday at 13:00 UTC. The free check is a single pass.
